As we start to change gears and move forward into a new generation, I've decided to prune all users who have no visited or posted in the past year... this bringing us from 24, 000+ members down to 7,337 members.
I have saved a few accounts of past members who played a VERY important role in the community, and they deserve every little bit of credit they deserve.
This is just one of the few forms of clean-up that we will be doing.

As you, know, several weeks ago GC was defaced. Many posts were lost, as well as our layouts and such. We are strong again and I'd like to thank everyone's patience. I'd like the people who had to make new accounts in order to access GC at that time to post their old acounts up. We will merge the acount you had before with the account you are using now, so you can retrieve all of your posts and such. Thanks, cryo.burned /agent|orange

To thank you, we have been working over the last three years to provide to you the most professional, up to date and experienced website available to the nex-gen and classic gaming community. In recent communications and negotiations, we have been able to initiate a partnership with “Your Files When You Need Them”, a company started in late 2007 that has expanded enormously since its inception.
The goal of Your Files is to provide not only space to hold specific material, files and folders, but also the manpower to make it a full service organization; therefore limiting the amount of work you have to put in. More importantly, all material uploaded by Your Files Staff is guaranteed virus free. That's a promise! It was started as an extremely affordable hosting company that would seek out your request and upload it within a turnaround time of 24 hours. I’ve tested them before and they are true to their word. How does this affect the GC community?

Instead of the already low price of $10/mo, you’ll be able to register your name for only $7/mo with a valid GC user name. You may be thinking, “$3 that’s not much of a deal”. It's a lot when you put it into perspective; that's 30%. We are both businesses and we argued with them for every dollar.
We didn’t stop there though. Your Files provides its users with three full video downloads a month. We weren’t happy with that, and knew you wouldn’t be either. So take that number and double it. Glitcher’s Corner members get six full video downloads a month, instead of three.
Ohhh wait a second... did I also mention GC members, and GC members ONLY have UNLIMITED file storage space? Yea, we got that too, your welcome...
Upload your own Material:
We mentioned the ability to share bins. You have the ability to upload whatever files you would like and share them with your friends. This is not limited to bins, you can upload whatever files you wish.
PayPal:
PayPal will be the only mode of payment for Your Files. It may be a slight inconvenience for those who do not have it, but in the long run it’s the only thing that 100% secure. (That is done for everyone’s sake) Please note that you do NOT need a credit card to open a PayPal account; a simple prepaid Visa Gift Card with do the trick and will be interlinked with your PayPal account. These prepaid cards can be bought at places such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Gas Stations.
How do I get my rebate?
Very simple. You will need to pay the $10 at first, but the rebate process is very easy. Once you purchase your standard account, send a private message to username: MEDAL666 on GC with the following information:

Referral System:
Once you create your account, you will be given a link with your member tracking number placed inside. What you do from here is all on you. You have the ability to hand this out to whoever you want, hoping of course they pursue their account. If they do pursue the account and purchase the premium membership your account will automatically be credited and paid out during the first five days of every month; or sooner depending on the traffic for that month.

We’re concerned with our money, and you have the right to be too. We have created a forum for Your Files support. The Your Files Managing staff will continuously monitor it and answer any questions posted in that forum. However, PEASE use the search feature to see if the question you are thinking of has already been asked. Wanna join? Post here with some examples; and or if you have no skiils, post up as a group intern - a sort of on the job training. You might not actually get to do quite everything as other people, but you'll be further up in the list of promotions and such.

On August 27th, 2008th we had an administrator (brian23) stab us in the back when he allowed access to his account to others and started editing every options possible.
They changed the template to show gay porn, and that they hacked the website... which isn't true at all, they just modified the style/theme/skin. So for now we have to deal with the vBulletin default skin until I get time to get the rest set back up.
IMPORTANT!
These kids have claimed to have stolen everyone's password here on the board, however it's encrypted with md5 hash + salt... meaning it's next to impossible to decode it. If you feel this is a security issue to your account, change your password now!
Sorry for the inconvenience, we will be testing new staff members to a harder degree. You may thank the kids who have wasted their life doing all this work just to be banned and be fixed in no time.
